You will take care of all administrative components related to helping the team generate great consumer and shopper insights that impact the business, including budget coordination, agency liaison, meeting preparation and presentation coordination. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as an Administrative Secretary at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Supporting the Senior Director by scheduling meetings,taking calls, reaching out to outside contacts, maintaining the calendar,managing special projects, leading coordinator of large meetings withinsights and planning, getting materials gathered for large meetings,scheduling travel, and filing expense reports

  • Working closely with the insights and planning team andfinance business partners to maintain, monitor, coordinate and balance theinsights and planning budget

  • Managing the budget/PO process for a team'sprojects, including invoicing, balancing POs and reconciling budgets,accruals and problem solving

  • Keeping internal finance systems up to date for I &P budget i.e. Anaplan, Kbuy

  • Supporting the broader team by scheduling large meetings,scheduling travel, managing catering requests, and ordering officesupplies

  • Working closely with agency partners

  • Providing new team member on-boarding

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities forstreamlining processes

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Administration, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • High school diploma

  • General office management experience

  • Must be able to work in high paced environment, many times with conflicting priorities. Multi-tasking is a must.

  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings

  • Highly organized

  • Efficient time management skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Outlook

  • Judgment and problem solving skills

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree

  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
