WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as an Aged Inventory Lead at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Providing current status and forward looking risk assessment of aged inventory risk to the Kashi and Frozen Business Units by clearly communicating status and corrective action to all Business Unit stakeholders

  • Collaborating with Demand Planning, Finance, Sales Strategy, Operations, Supply Planning and Remarketing to mitigate on-going surplus inventory issues based on short ship life inventory

  • Developing concise and efficient reporting as needed to for maintaining control, eliminating surprises to identify and elevate issues effectively

  • Communicating age risk in timely, effective manner with ability with ability to fulfill urgent request for data or troubleshooting actions

  • Continuously seeking cross-functional process and system improvement related to the overall Kellogg aged inventory management

  • Being an active leader in the Inventory Write-off process

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Integrated Planning to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • HS Diploma /GED and at least significant related work experience

  • Strong demonstrated supervisory/managerial experience

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple functions

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree and strong related work experience

  • Significant demonstrated supervisory/managerial experience

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

  • Travel is required <10% of the time
