WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Director, Revenue Growth Management at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Leading the ongoing strategy development and execution of pricing (Base / EDLP / Promoted) and price pack architecture across the BU with involvement from Sales / Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales Planning and Finance
Working closely with the BU Commercial team to optimize Customer Business Plan direction and execution, e.g. annual national Tentpole calendar
Setting pricing aspirations / goals / targets for BU through collaboration with Marketing in the development and maintenance of price/pack architecture
Ensuring national calendar delivers NSV / KMF objectives
Leading, motivating and directing team to deliver their best performance, leverages PDP process for team development
Responsible for developing trade policies / procedures and pricing communications compliant with industry and legal best practices
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Extensive years of combined industry experience in sales & sales management, trade marketing, marketing, category management or finance
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Travel for this role is approximately: 10%
