In your role as a Senior Executive Secretary at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Providing executive office support for the Global Chief Procurement Officer (GCPO), other members of the Global Procurement Leadership Team (GPLT) and the Procurement Department as a whole

  • Handling all complex communications, agendas, action lists and meeting requests for the GCPO and GPLT

  • Creating highly-detailed travel and visa arrangements for CPO & GPLT, both domestic & international

  • Coordinating large and small events; scheduling and developing agendas and presentation materials for internal & external meetings

  • Managing general office activities, layouts, and distribution of work across administrative team

  • Maintaining the department Sharepoint site, global org charts, and other software systems

  • Participating and levering Kellogg admin network for best practice sharing, talent pipeline visibility, and resourcing of contractors

  • Supporting Supplier Development, Project Management, Knowledge Center, and Business Partner reporting and activities

  • Performs specific tasks and assignments of a unique, unusual, sensitive, or confidential nature


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in the Procurement department, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • High school diploma with experience supporting senior management

  • Expert proficiency in MS Office; ability to create spreadsheets, word processing, calendar management and manipulate presentation software

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal communications, and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of management is critical

  • Solid organization and prioritization skills

  • Flexibility in handling multiple project

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure within limited time constraints

  • Must be self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Exercise good independent judgment, discretion, accuracy, organizational ability, initiative and strong interpersonal skills


  • Associate's Degree or higher

  • Knowledge of SharePoint

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Experience working with global and international processes


Minimal travel required for this role.
