WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Sr. Manager, Finance, Corporate Development at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Building and owning the complex financial models for merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint-venture activities

  • Owning the process for business forecast, synergies, investment returns, earnings per share and other key factors.

  • Supporting the Vice President of Corporate Development and Kellogg senior leadership in business deals

  • Building acquisition models

  • Analyzing industries, geographies, categories and companies,

  • Assisting with the development of business forecasts for acquisition targets

  • With each new acquisition opportunity, build new functionality into the standard acquisition modelling tools to enable continuous improvement

  • Simplify the operation of the modelling tools while increasing functionality

  • Ensuring that the latest tax and accounting regulations are built into the standard models

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Corporate Development at the Kellogg Company, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Business, Finance, or related field

  • Extensive related experience in roles demonstrating strong financial, business and analytic skills and acumen

  • Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

  • Advanced attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree or in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Prior experience in corporate development, banking or strategic consulting

Extensive travel may be required for this role.
