WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This Senior Manager of Insights & Planning role would support the Keebler portfolio of cookie and crackers. In this you will be part of our success by:
Initiating, as well as designing, managing and analyzing market research to provide actionable information and recommendations
Focusing clients on consumers and consumer needs while managing research priorities to meet critical business deadlines
Analyzing the total business on a macro level to provide actionable information on consumers, competitors, customers, and overall business performance
Providing expert knowledge of the consumer needs and how our brands can most effectively meet those needs through communication platforms and/or product innovation. Utilize existing segmentation tools and new research techniques to develop powerful and inspiring consumer and market insights for the brand.
Lead the Integrated Commercial Planning process including the advanced targeting approach and measurement to optimize brand communication to the optimal targets with the most effective communication
Supporting innovation by identifying new product opportunities, leading the development and assessment of foods and concepts, developing market forecasts, and shaping launch plans
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Marketing, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Advertising, Marketing, or Experimental Psychology
Significant experience with consumer insight and market research
Ability to identify and prioritize key business issues, translate them into objectives and match research tools with business needs
Ability to break down and summarize research information
Experience in executing, analyzing and developing recommendations based on several key methodologies
Lives the K Values: integrity, accountability, passion, humility, simplicity and success
- MBA or Master’s in Market Research, Advertising or Experimental Psychology
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
There is occasional travel with this position: 20%
