WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
In your role as a Strategic Change Management – Senior IT Business Analyst you will help the Kellogg Company to continue to grow our business and build our long-term success:
Primary focus will be to create and implement effective, simplified and consistent change management processes within IT and to Kellogg stakeholder audiences
Apply a structured methodology to create actionable deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change assessment, communications plan, training plan, and business readiness plan
Partner with leadership to ensure change management, communication, and training capabilities are provided consistently and efficiently for high priority projects within IT
Provide the IT function with strategic counsel and perspective that result in effective communication and change management systems, processes and plans for the business to achieve desired business goals
Provide thought leadership on organization readiness activities required to support large-scale change within an organization, leveraging industry standard methodology to ensure successful planning and delivery
Create and deliver end user-facing deliverables, such as communication plans and tactics, engagement events and activities, and training materials to drive employee adoption
Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand level of support concerning change and level of change readiness associated with key IT projects and initiatives
Be a recognized change expert within the organization; maintain a solid understanding of the industry, incorporating best practices as they emerge
Define and execute plans to measure effectiveness of change management initiatives and integrate continuous improvement opportunities

High School Diploma or GED and extensive related work experience
Requires team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes
Extensive relevant technical and business work experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience with organizational change management
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiating and influencing skills
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Proven success working with corporate senior leadership teams
Knowledge of IT work processes strongly desired
Knowledge of SharePoint
