WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Technology Manager, you will be part of our success by:
Engaging key stakeholders across Kellogg functional groups to drive development of systems and processes that simplify and standardize work within Global Procurement and across Kellogg functions.
Leveraging Internal and External SharePoint Technology Platforms to drive Global Work Solutions, such as Workflow, to drive standardization and compliance to processes.
Leading work with Finance and KNA Contract Manufacturing to define, create, and drive/sustain our financial management tool upgrade.
Designing, Implementing, and Maintaining Price Sheet Submission System to enable billing of Contract Manufacturers; Maintaining system interface with Hyperion for Financial Reporting and Implementing and assisting with similar processes and systems Globally
Training within and across functions on processes and systems globally
Owning process for designing, implementing and improving raw material and packaging management systems & processes for Contract Manufacturing
Ensuring continuity of supply leveraging tools, processes, and system design for Contract Manufacturing
Directly overseeing KNA Contract Manufacturing Managed Raw/Pack, and serve as the single point of contact for all other Kellogg Functions
Ensuring successful innovation launches through the use of tools and processes that link RQT with Contract Manufacturers, including FSMA ingredient approval status visibility at our CoMans
Lead projects within Procurement & across Kellogg functional groups to improve both process and technology
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and success in Procurement, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
High school diploma/ GED with significant practical experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, packaging/processing technologies, finance, legal, IT, procurement, customer service or other business related role
Extensive computer systems knowledge including SAP, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint required and Hyperion
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, troubleshoot and improve processes
Analytical skills, demonstrated good oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively multi-task and demonstration of good follow-up and results oriented skills
Possession of leadership skills to motivate peers and synergize activities of key internal and external departments and organizations
Project management skills and techniques necessary to deliver on innovation and ongoing business requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Procurement
Systems development and implementation experience (including SharePoint development)
A broad knowledge of the Kellogg organization
