Ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective team-building and employee engagement activities.
Ensure a highly engaged and skilled work force through imparting behavioural and functional training interventions such as,
Formulating and implementing the training calendar focused on strengthening Kellogg culture via strengthening understanding of KBLM & K Values and living them.
Competency identifications and functional skilling for plant employees. Lead role in training administration and judging efficiency and efficacy of training through training MIS.
Enhance Communication as an engagement strategy. Manage grievance handling.
Ensure adherence of labour-related laws and regulations. Lead role in annual HR audit at the factory.
Build up liaison with local HR Managers/HR Forums, Government Officials and other key external stake holder.
Participate in negotiations with Union, Industrial court matters, Conciliation proceedings or any such process covered under Labour laws.
Meet the Recruitment numbers for crew in time and in full and ensure the right person for the right job at a right price by working closely with line managers. Supporting HR Director for closure of staff positions at Plant.
Partner in Compensation Structuring and responsible for Effective Pay roll Processing.
Ensure effective implementation of Performance Management System and integrating training and developmental plans with Performance management.
Responsible for the effective and efficient HR administration by proactively establishing policy frameworks to add value and strengthen the current system/process.
The incumbent is directly responsible for an effective management of employee’s relations through the formulation and implementation of human resource strategies and processes for employees based at Kellogg India Plant located at Sricity.
In your role as an HR Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Acting as HR Partner to Operations Team at the Sricity Plant – and responsible for effective management of employees relations. Responsible for entire spectrum of HR practices at Plant.
Education & Experience:
MBA with 3 -10 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical ability.
Good Communication Skills.
Excellent Problem Solving Ability.
Planning and coordination skills.
Ability to Influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrate high result orientation
You will be reporting to Supply Chain HR Business Partner.
Role will be based out of Sricity Plant.
Female candidate preferred.
Candidate with Knowledge of Telugu and Tamil Language will be preferred.
