The role holder will be responsible for executing key parts of the Pan European Communications Plan. He or she will lead on a range of communications tasks and activities from message development, to video production, graphics and branding.


  • Support the Senior Internal Communications Manager in the execution of the Pan European Communications Plan including managing intranet and EU wide screensaver deployment

  • Design of graphics and branding for a range of internal projects ensuring alignment with Employer Brand. This includes presentation, gifs and infographic development

  • Deliver in-house, cost effective, video and animation projects for inclusion in Europe wide events and for publishing to company intranet. This includes managing the initial creative process, shooting content, editing & packaging.

  • Support the Senior Internal Communications Manager to drive Yammer trial and adoption across the region and community manage EU Yammer sites.

  • Lead on the collation of analytics and reporting for intranet and Yammer usage.

  • Keep abreast of developments in industry and bring findings to bear on how we enhance team processes, infrastructure and tools


  1. BSc in Multi-Media Design or equivalent. Proficient to advanced in MS Office (specifically Powerpoint) & Adobe CS6 suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier and After Effects.

  2. Min 18 months experience in similar role.

  3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, Yammer, Power BI. Tygraph Yammer Analytics would be an advantage.

  4. Self-starter with a can-do attitude and approach. Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal performance.

  5. Strong interpersonal skills, prior experience working in team environment.

  6. Artistic / Creative in approach to work
