WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Manager Project Innovation at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Providing operational direction and support for innovation and renovation projects across all Specialty Channels busines units
Leading the Specialty bi-weekly Kellogg North America operation business partner meeting by presenting project details for all active Kellogg Supply Chain projects
Providing direction while influencing and effectively communicating the business needs to ensure innovation launch dates are met
Managing packaging and finished good write offs for discontinued and underselling items
Leading Multiple PWR-(Packaging Work Request) and SCR- (Supply Chain Request) projects for Specialty Channels, and identify opportunities / solutions to reduce costs of goods
Troubleshooting operations issues and engage appropriate resources as necessary
Providing operations support and input for all proposed PWR/PDR activity – fact finding, capability assessment etc
Managing multiple competing priorities and multiple projects/programs at one time
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Supply Chain, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
Ongoing management of specialty co-man, co-pack period reporting requirements
Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Strong time management, analytical and problem solving sklls with proven ability to multi-task.
Ability to travel up to 15%
Ability to make situation assessments and align team towards executable supply chain deliverables.
Internal interaction among multiple business partners and functional disciplines – Occasional interaction with external customers and suppliers.
Navigational skills in SAP Materials Cost, and Supply chain modules. Familiarity with KPrism, KPath software tools preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with leaders and other functional areas and business partners
