Kellogg Associate, Global Human Resources Information Systems in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan

In your role as Associate, Global HRIS at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Working in end to end system improvements, new requirements and quarterly releases

  • Executing complex or sensitive reporting

  • Administering HR systems security requirements from configuration to provisioning and audit

  • Creating and updating tools, templates and training materials

  • Executing all compliance and 404 SOX requirements

  • Approving sensitive reporting and data requests from Outsourced vendor

  • Assisting in contract negotiations/collective bargaining by providing relevant data to Labor and site HR teams

  • Implementing any changes in rules, policies or practices in the HR systems and other related knowledge management content


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Human Resources, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • Associate’s Degree or International Equivalent in IT, Human Resources or related field

  • Consistently demonstrated work experience within HR, IT or Finance

  • Experience with Success Factors, SAP HR, Workday or other Cloud HCM solutions

  • Advanced Excel skills, including vbasic, macros, data slicers and advanced formulation

  • Strong analytical skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in IT, Human Resources or related field

  • Experience at a large multi-national consumer packaged goods company

  • Bilingual

  • Experience in Compensation, Benefits, Finance or HRIS

  • HRIP or International Equivalent HRIS certification, HRIM or World at Work CCP Certification

  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
