WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as an Order to Cash (OTC) Associate– OSD at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Managing group mailbox
Processing overage, shortage, damage and donation requests for all customers/carriers submitted to OTC.
Processing requests for product returns from customer warehouses for all of OTC.
Coordinating with front office associates to get refused loads received by the customer.
Making decisions on disposition of products based upon documented guidelines
Contributing to continuous improvement activities and documentation of processes.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and related experience
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SAP EDI experience
Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
Expertise in Order-to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
Processed and Packaged foods industry experience
