WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as an Order to Cash (OTC) Associate– OSD at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Managing group mailbox

  • Processing overage, shortage, damage and donation requests for all customers/carriers submitted to OTC.

  • Processing requests for product returns from customer warehouses for all of OTC.

  • Coordinating with front office associates to get refused loads received by the customer.

  • Making decisions on disposition of products based upon documented guidelines

  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities and documentation of processes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED and related experience

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • SAP EDI experience

  • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment

  • Expertise in Order-to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools

  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally

  • Processed and Packaged foods industry experience
