Kellogg Snack Brand Manager UK & Ireland in MANCHESTER, United States

This is an exciting time to join the Kellogg’s Snacks marketing team based in the UK Headquarters in Manchester. This role will give you the opportunity to deliver fully integrated Marketing & Commercial plans for key brands, in line with the Snacks category strategy and UK & Ireland country master plan.

This role interfaces with cross-functional partners across the commercial team including Sales through to Supply chain plus also partners with the Snacks & Cereal Category business units based in Geneva & Dublin.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Deliver net sales value and net contribution budget for assigned brands in the UK & Ireland;

  • Develop brand growth strategy & plans for assigned brands across total grocery;

  • Develop specific plans to drive growth in the Impulse channel;

  • Own end to end activation of brand initiatives;

  • Execute winning, integrated plans built from category toolboxes & optimised for UK & Ireland market execution;

  • Execute and provide input to the category business unit on core range, Innovation & Channel expansion initiatives;

  • Manage local Marketing budget for assigned brands;

  • Identify, diagnose and solve brand-level performance issues;

  • Support Sales & Operations process with forecasting & planning inputs;

  • Inspire, enable and support the sales teams to drive a winning agenda with retailers for the specific brands.

  • Marketing Experience: brand development (Insight, Brand Strategy & Planning, Equity tools, Comms, Media Mix), brand activation (point of sale, Partnerships, Shopper Marketing) and innovation experience (innovation stage gate process, concepts, 4Ps, launch planning);

  • FMCG and Impulse channel experience: A rich and thorough understanding of how to drive the growth agenda in this channel.;

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, set direction & influence cross-functional teams;

  • Project Management: Setting goals, milestones, tracking performance, creative problem solving and drawing on learnings to strengthen plans for the future;

  • Presentation skills: Ability to present in a compelling way to a large audience.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Travel within Europe will be required but will not be extensive.
