Kellogg National Account Executive - Target in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a National Account Executive at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Developing, executing, and monitoring strategic annual business plans for assigned top accounts

  • Promoting a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed all needs, requirements, and expectations

  • Educating and developing rapport with internal and external customers, promoting partnerships, seeking feedback and proactively addressing customer needs and requests

  • Maintaining Kellogg’s in market leadership, expertise and awareness of all retailer and category trends, as well as competitor’s strategies

  • Delivering all budgets successfully by category, including Sales, Trade Investment and Marketing

  • Managing a Sr. Sales Analyst direct report

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as being a creative thinker and strategic leader with a passion for team success, to be considered for this position you also need to meet the following requirements:

Required

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Substantial related work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced negotiation skills

  • Advanced analytical skills and experience utilizing syndicated and POS data to identify business trends

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience selling in the consumer packaged goods market

  • Experience working with Target

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

The ideal candidate will work daily from our local office location in Bloomington, MN.

  • This position will require some travel, up to 25% of the time.

  • This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement.
