Kellogg Customer Category Analyst in PAGEWOOD, Australia
Grow with us as a passionate and driven Customer Category Analyst. You will be the analytical resource expert, working closely with the Sales Team to drive Kellogg's category growth agenda.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as Customer Category Analyst, you will be part of our success by:
Providing category insights and analytical support to the category function
Drive Kellogg’s category strategy and execution at shelf through providing sales & field teams with the necessary assistance, guidance & tools to maximize product assortment & product placement
Taking ownership of the category team’s participation in the go-to-market process of all product launches
Managing scan data suppliers, database and report accuracy & timeous delivery
Ensuring a suite of applicable scan data reports are available to relevant parties within the business
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Experience in a similar role within an FMCG company or have had experience as a category or business analyst
Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
Possess strong computer literacy with strong Excel & PowerPoint and sufficient Outlook & Word skills
Be a self-starter - somebody with the initiative and motivation to work without needing help or supervision
General Business Degree, Marketing degree or similar qualification
Previous experience with Aztec or Nielsen software
Space planning software experience

The Customer Category Analyst role is challenging, working under pressure to deliver objectives in a highly competitive environment - necessitating the ability to handle multiple, changing and conflicting priorities in dynamic, short time-lined situations that from time to time require working extended hours.
