In your role as a Sr. Brand Growth Manager – Sam’s Club Team, you will be part of our success by:

  • Developing relationships and planning collaboratively with the Head Quarter Brand Teams, Head Quarter Customer Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, Sales Finance, Sales Planning, and Sales Teams

  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders to develop customer specific commercial strategy

  • Leading the annual customer business planning process with the cross functional team

  • Participating in customer facing opportunities, business reviews, and key planning meetings

  • Developing fact-based analysis to support volume/financial decisions to be included in the customer business plan

  • Allocating the time and attention to better understand the Profit &Loss drivers and looking for those opportunities to improve our Operating Profit

  • Being the primary point of contact for the PWR process

  • Working closely with Shopper Marketing to influence both the process and internal partners from idea creation to execution

  • Accessing, analyzing, and interpreting business indicators of shipments, share, and consumption

  • Providing comprehensive analysis to take advantage of promotion, distribution, pricing, and competitive business opportunities at brand and market levels

  • Assisting in developing and strengthening Kellogg partnerships with the customer through better performance analytics and proposing key opportunities


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed as a brand growth manager, to be considered for the position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience

  • Must have demonstrated ability to handle multiple project assignments in a timely manner

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience working within Syndicated Data Sources

  • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organizational skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Cross functional experience

  • Headquarter / Customer Marketing experience


The ideal candidate will work daily from our local office location in Rogers, AR.

Travel estimated around 20-25%
