The role of HR Advisor will play a key role in the strategic development of all plant HR activity, and will transform you into an expert in your field.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As well as being passionate about our brands, excited about our future and a leader in your field, you will be doing the following:

  • Ensure an accurate and correct time & attendance administration report and process of payroll related items resulting in no payroll recalculations for hourly paid employees

  • HR single point of contact of all payroll related questions, SAP and time & attendance, absence management system questions including communications to key stakeholders on status and resolution of issues

  • Manages relationship with payroll provider on day-to-day basis and escalates issues to plant HR leadership

  • Updates the workforce schedules as required & actions contracts of employment when required

  • Supports HR related projects in the plant and develops wellness programs in collaboration with Occupational Health

  • Actively monitors and co-ordinates the absenteeism process for the plant

  • Coordinates administration and preparation (invites, content, logistics, minutes) for ER/Works Council meetings

  • Contributes to and executes engagement activities including Reward and Recognition annual events at the Plant

  • Co-ordinates information through all internal communication channels to Plant employees

  • General administration including but not exclusive (Purchase Orders, Data Audit, filing , Occupational Health, reporting )

  • Scanning and filing of personnel documents (link with GBS, e.g. sickness note, legal documents)

  • Maintenance of local self service rooms in case of breakdown – escalate to GBS IT

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field

  • Working knowledge of payroll strategy, philosophy and principles

  • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player

  • Excellent attention to detail and good accurate numerical and analytical skills

  • Experienced in working at manufacturing plant

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Preferred:

  • Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company

  • Experience with HR Software, in particular Success Factors
