As a Production Laborer / Line Crew Packer , you’ll be supporting all of our categories including cereal, snack bars, nutrition bars, cookies, crackers, frozen entrees, frozen waffles and we want your talents to help make a healthier tomorrow.


  • Safety First! – From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!

  • Let’s Get Tidy! – You will get to know all areas of the plant as you assist with performing cleanup on production and packaging equipment. Let’s see those machines sparkle.

  • I’ve Got Your Back! – You will be responsible for providing coverage for other employees who may be on extended work schedules, vacations, and other time off. It’s a team effort!

  • Go, Team, Go! – You will have the opportunity to establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant and work together to ensure everything is in place.

  • High School Diploma, GED or International Equivalent

  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

  • Believe in the power of food to make a positive change in people and the world around us

  • Previous experience working in a food manufacturing plant

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
