You will support the daily operations of plant finance by supporting the Plant Controller in gathering inputs, generating basic financial analyses and reports, and assisting with payroll collection, processing, and review. By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail you'll help us produce one of the world's most favorite products – cookies!!! HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The go-to Person – We know you are someone who likes to be that “go-to” person, so in this role you’ll be responsible for Performing local production execution, payroll collection/processing/review, Fixed Asset Disposal (FAD) management and GR/IR activities. You will also handle all ad-hoc questions, issues & projects.
Executing Special Projects & Driving Results – Generating basic financial analyses and reports for management in relation to the processes for which the coordinator is responsible. You will also be handling ad-hoc questions, issues & projects.
Internal Growth – Participating in functional or career development training to increase knowledge and skills
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma/GED with related work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)
Processed and Packaged food industry experience
