Kellogg Trayloader/Track/Relief Packer in AUGUSTA, Georgia

By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail you'll unite with the rest of the cookie team to help us produce one of the world's most favorite products – cookies!!! You'll also collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives, and be a part of the united values and winning culture at Kellogg!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Packing with Care – preparing our finished product in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures while producing high quality packing of finished goods.

  • Embracing Agility - You will wear multiple hats such as: monitoring for defects, ensuring that the cells of the trays are correctly filled with product, assist with stacking off (product) in the event that the wrapper stops, and being able to rework stacked off product back into the production stream. Must be able to function at a fasted paced environment. You will also collaborate in generating required production and quality control records, along with other required paperwork.

  • Following Best Practices – preparing equipment for production while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices while using safety precautions

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position

  • Operational understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Demonstrated ability to operate machinery

  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety processes and regulations

  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry
