As the Associate Manager, Consumer Promotions, you will leverage your expertise in consumer insight to build consumer relationships, advocate for the consumer and ensure effective and consistent communications with consumers. Consumers are at the heart of everything we create! You will use your creative skills to manage self-service content including promotions and collaborate with other teams to enhance experiences for our customers. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Providing Positive Consumer Experiences: You will update contact center information and handle escalated contacts on portfolio promotions including events, inserts, sweepstakes, instant win offers, and more! You will monitor quality of premiums and suggest corrective action to resolve any issues on offerings, supporting high volume events as needed.
Creative Collaborating: You will test online promotion components prior to launch and collaborates with Integrated Marketing teams to enhance the consumer experience. You will also review and approve portfolio submissions in order to provide clear and consistent messaging to consumers.
Managing Insights: You will monitor consumer contact data to identify trends and leverage this information within the Kellogg organization to appropriately influence business decisions through the life of the promotion program.
Leading By Example: You will work independently and with the consumer insights team in order to develop scripts and responses to consumer contacts. You will provide situation-based training to ensure best practices and consistent communication with consumers.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent.
Demonstrated ability in consumer service principles, verbal and written communication skills, analytic and problem solving, consumer service technologies, accuracy and attention to detail.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in consumer service, communications, or marketing.
Customer service/consumer relations experience.
Experience managing, training, and problem solving.
