Kellogg Associate Manager, Media Operations in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

As the Associate Manager, Media Operations, you will join an innovative team to enable world-class brands by providing Media Operations leadership to the Kellogg North American Category Teams. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners (Experience Planners, Category Teams, Global Data, Analytics, etc.), as well as external partners (agencies, media vendors, etc.), to drive functional best practices, improved media effectiveness and efficiency across North America.

HERE’S A TASTE OFWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Category Media Budget Tracking– On-going budget management: Firm/Flex, MediaAuthorization Development, Stewardship of Client Direct Fees/POs, andMedia Mix reporting.

  • Support Analysis of AdvertisingActivation – Participationin Market Mix discussions to understand data needs. Lead the media datasubmissions, data review, and resolve variances. In addition, you’ll provide support toour internal and external partners in development of Meta Learning andBest Practices.

  • Category/Portfolio Investment – You’ll participate in Kellogg North AmericaCategory/Portfolio investment activation and verification work-streams.

  • Reporting: You will manage reporting and communicationwith Kellogg Legal and Government Relations teams, lead CompetitiveAdvertising Reporting and oversee the Category KUBE(Kellogg Collaborative Sessions) Operations which includesreporting, data sources, meeting structure, etc.

YOUR RECIPE FORSUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor’sDegree, preferable in Marketing, Advertising or Business

  • Considerableexperience at a media agency or in a media operations role.

  • Fluencyof marketing technology, media landscape and data-driven activation

  • Proficientin MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point

  • Stronganalytical and communication (written/verbal) skills

  • Abilityto collaborate with others in an environment with both firm and agileprocesses
