Kellogg Director, Finance – Kellogg North America Analytics & Overhead in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Financial Analysis: You’ll be reviewing highly complex financial analyses and insights and presenting to senior leadership across functions and business units. You will also be providing visibility and insights to total Kellogg North America (KNA) financial performance including P&L Modeling and Analysis, target setting, standardizing processes and reporting, strategic direction for Overhead spend and owning and leading the Overhead Planning process

  • Project Management: You’ll be owning the execution / completion of projects, key due dates, identifying of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics all while taking proactive actions to minimize risk to the financial plan

  • Leadership: You’ll be leading and developing a team of experienced Finance professionals. You will also be influencing cross-functional stakeholders and providing complex financial insights, guidance and direction for the Executive team across functions and business units using data

  • Strategic Planning: You’ll be making decisions guided by functional strategies and priorities. In addition, you’ll be engaging and influencing management proactively, while playing a key role in identifying opportunities and taking proactive actions to minimize risk to the Financial Plan

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field

  • Extensive related work experience

  • Experience managing a team

  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

Bonus Points:

  • Master’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
