  • Lead and Deliver Global Workforce Analytics Strategies and Plans: You’ll be ensuring the People Analytics strategy provides a clear vision of how to lead the organization to make people/organization decisions based on data and insights. You’ll be leveraging broad business acumen, understanding of Kellogg, and external expertise to lead the evolution of HR analytic strategies and advance our HR analytics maturity model (e.g., driving real-time decision making and impactful predictions/forecasts). You’ll be serving as an HR analytics subject matter expert including expertise on technology platforms, solutions, approaches and data warehousing that are required to meet the needs of the business for better, faster data-based insights. You’ll also be staying on top of external trends, actively critiquing and improving our approach to reporting & analytics through a robust continuous improvement process focused on evaluating and enhancing the efficiency of existing metrics as well as bench marking best in class external standards and completing project work and analytics requests aligned to the strategy and plans

  • Grow Organizational and HR Functional Capabilities: You’ll be maintaining a strong external focus to lead innovative approaches that solve business needs, providing thought leadership within the HR function to leverage data for decision making within HR and more broadly across the enterprise. You’ll represent HR data & analytics on cross-functional working groups and lead the development of analytics capabilities across the global HR function

  • Team Leadership: You’ll be leading a global team of reporting & analytics experts, leveraging and providing direction/coordination to resources in GBS and IT, as well as consulting partners, providing clear work direction aligned to short- and long-term analytics strategies and establishing clear roles & responsibilities and continue to extend the team’s capabilities

  • Establishing Strong Partnerships: You’ll collaborate closely with senior HR and business leaders to understand their business challenges and develop appropriate analytics, reporting and visualization solutions. You’ll help develop insights and identify the actions that will address them, establishing strong partnerships with HR CoEs including Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. You’ll ensure aligned reporting & analytics strategies and collaboration across HR. You’ll also partner with IT and Global Business Services to provide comprehensive solutions, and you’ll play a role in the governance of data, reporting, and analytics



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field

  • Extensive experience working with business data to generate meaningful insights for leaders and decision makers

  • Demonstrated ability to tell a story through data and communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key stakeholders; mastery of advanced visualization and analytical techniques with an ability to translate findings for a general business audience

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)

  • Experience working globally, with demonstrated success collaborating across cultures and geographies

  • People Management experience and demonstrated success leading in a highly matrixed organization

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with HR data, systems, and process

  • Experience in other areas of HR, particularly in Business-Facing HR and/or other areas of Talent

  • Graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field

  • Experience in a Large consumer goods company
