Kellogg Food Designer in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan
(Battle Creek, MI) Manages 6 to 8 food renovation, sustaining and/or transforming development projects (e.g. new products, product relocations, flavor extensions, nutrient changes, value transformation savings or moderate capital projects). Creates, organizes, manages, and coordinates important global projects as well as giving general direction to assigned teams in accomplishing projects on technical and scientific investigation or developments. Participates in full project lifecycle including pre-PDR/SCR and prototype development, ingredient specifications, testing, production formulas development, and resolving quality issues throughout test and startup. Provides technical leadership and expertise as an expert in breakfast and snack food development and keeps current with the latest developments and technology through investigation, training, and communication within that discipline.
