HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Vendor Management & Technical Knowledge - Using Vendors’ capabilities to deliver Kellogg’s programs and projects. Develop organizational, business, application and functional knowledge

  • Collaboration & Fostering Relationships - Work with project teams to collaborate on project delivery approach for type of project and staffing: waterfall, agile, staff augmentation, fixed bid or combination. Collaborate, plan, identify and manage resources, teams and capabilities needed to deliver business solutions and establish collaborative working relations with stakeholders, peers, and vendors

  • Project Delivery, Resource & Budgeting Management - Responsible for understanding program and project scope and resource needs and budget to deliver a solution. As part of the project delivery organization, provide the subject matter expert in supplier resources and capabilities needed to deliver successfully with accountability for cost management through sourcing, oversight of vendor project resources and delivery capability

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Vendor management experience, inclusive of negotiation related to cost, scope, and timing utilizing staff augmentation or fix bid models

  • Experience working with resources in all disciplines for IT development (BA, Developers, Testing, and Architect etc.)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills with proven experience working with internal teams and suppliers

  • Experience working with teams to align development needs to IT programs and projects

  • Experience & understanding with all aspect of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Intuitive and Analytical

  • Organized to handle Multiple projects and priorities

  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment

  • Financial acumen and management skills specific to project budgets and people cost

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Advanced degree or MBA

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification

  • PMP Certification

  • CPG Experience
