We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Lead IT Business Analyst - Collaboration Solutions in our Oak Brook, IL Information Technology Center, or at our Headquarters in Battle Creek, MI. In this exciting role you’ll partner with the business to identify their communications and collaboration needs and propose effective IT solutions, creating business cases and implementation strategies and interacting with engineers, architects and change management teams to deliver new IT collaboration capabilities to Kellogg users.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Become main contact and product owner for collaboration solutions like SharePoint Online, identifying business needs and requirements for these platforms and leading the migration efforts from existing on premise SharePoint solutions to Office365

  • Drive user adoption and full understanding of Microsoft O365 collaboration solutions (like MS Teams, Skype for Business, Yammer, OneDrive, etc.) while adding productivity benefits to our environment

  • Leverage Active Directory and Office365 data to analyze usage and licensing structures with the goal of optimization of our overall Microsoft contracts, and optimization of authentication and user management processes.

  • Partner with business leads to align collaboration and communication technology solutions to their functional area strategies

  • Develop business cases for collaboration solution deployments including budget, resource and timeline estimates.

  • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.

  • Plan and execute Change Management activities related to End User Communication and End User Training.

  • Create product documentation to transition new solutions to our sustainment organization.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Skills :

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong experience in deployment and management of Microsoft Office365 collaboration solutions like SharePoint

  • Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Enterprise License agreements and managing vendor relationships in general

  • Previous experience deploying SharePoint Online solutions in a large enterprise environment

  • Previous experience analyzing and visualizing Active Directory data, including interfaces with other solutions and software license management reporting

  • Strong communication and partnership skills to build productivity relationships with business counterparts and drive business and IT strategies

  • Experience driving change in large organizations, including adoption of new IT collaboration solutions to enable business processes

  • Team and service oriented attitudes to lead large initiatives and leverage highly skilled individuals on the successful deployment of new Workplace solutions

Bonus Points :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Related field

  • Strong experience in deployment and management of Microsoft Office365 collaboration solutions: MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Skype for Business

  • Business Analyst Certification

  • Microsoft O365 Administrator Certification
