Kellogg Lead IT Security Analyst – RSA Archer in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

We have an opening for you to grow with us a Lead IT Security Analyst – RSA Archer in our Global Cybersecurity and Risk Management team, located in Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Gather detailed technical and functional requirements anddevelop applications using Archer

  • Design & implement GRC solutions in RSA Archer

  • Develop process flow diagrams, dynamic reports anddashboards to provide GRC summaries

  • Build interfaces and connect Archer to multiple applications/sources

  • Create and maintain SOP and functional specification of as-isconfigured or built systems

  • Support systems upgrade, patching and troubleshooting

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED with related IT and Security workexperience

  • Certified RSA Archer 6.x Security Administrator or ArcherCertified Professional with extensive relevant experience in the area ofplanning, administrating, developing and delivering automated GRC solutions

  • Good understanding of various Archer solutions e.g. Enterprise,Policy, IT and Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, and VendorRisk Management

  • Experience in developing API’s (REST/SOAP) to integrateArcher with external systems - LDAP, Active Directory, Qualys, ServiceNow, SAP,Single Sign-on and web services integrations

  • Programming experience in Javascript, C#, html, xml, xslt, VB, SQL

  • Experience using Scalable Agile Framework or Agile ways ofworking

  • Strong competency with SOX, COBIT, ISO 27002 policyframeworks and compliance

  • Advanced verbal, written communication skills at all levelsof organization in a matrixed environment, along with ability to workindependently and juggle multiple priorities

  • Troubleshooting skills, demonstrating an aptitude forconducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of large and complex data,problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.

  • Pro-active problem-solving, negotiation and decision-makingskills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners

  • Intercultural competence

    Bonus Points :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • CRISC, CISSP, CASP, CISA, and/or CISM certified
