  • Compliance - Ensuring the accuracy of development, delivery and maintenance of nutrition labeling information (including recipe nutrient analysis, organic and other certifications, net weight information, ingredient and product claims) for US products in compliance with government regulations and company guidelines for assigned products

  • Relevant Expertise - Acting as a technical subject matter resource providing insightful and relevant nutrition labeling guidance to help achieve business objectives and working as a key member of cross-functional product innovation teams

  • Key Understanding of Labeling Laws? - Maintaining and proactively using current knowledge of U.S. labeling laws, regulations, and enforcement activity to inform teams regarding the impact regulations may have on product development and claims, while reviewing and approving nutrition information used on packaging and in advertising for assigned products

  • Teamwork - Strengthening the department by supporting development and maintenance of nutrition labeling procedures, programs, processes and systems to ensure integrity of nutrition labeling data



  • Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field

  • Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated strengths in oral and written skills

  • Ability to meet business timelines with a high level of professionalism

  • Proficient skills with standard MS Office products, Excel in particular

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with food or related industry labeling federal regulations [FDA, or USDA], formulation, ingredient specifications, and/or project management experience.

  • Master’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field

  • Your Knowledge of databases and bilingual labeling experience will help you excel here!

  • SAP software experience
