HERE’SA TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will bemanaging urgent consumers contacts, including issues escalated by contactcenter such as possible injuries, illnesses, and difficult nutritionquestions or complaints. You will review daily task queue process todetermine the best way to resolve escalated contacts. You will beresponsible for reviewing escalated after hours contacts and assessing thebest way to handle them.
Managing Communication: You will be directlymanaging contacts from advocacy organizations, law enforcement orregulatory agencies, alleged tampering or extortion issues, or otherserious consumer contacts, product liability claims, or service recoveryissues.
Consumer Awareness: You will be monitoring serious complaint data for issues thatrequire corrective actions and notifying the appropriate individuals. Youwill be assisting in monitoring online activities related to social mediaand online self-service tools.
Quality Control: You will providedirection to the contact center to address immediate consumer care needs. Youwill be managing sample retrieval, documentation, retention and lab analysisprocesses as required for serious product quality issues.
YOURRECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School, GED or international equivalent.
Demonstrateduse of Consumer service principles, verbal and written communications,problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or other related field.
Experience inconsumer service in the food industry.
