In the Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics role, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Family Favorites cereal brands and commercial teams to provide consumer and shopper insights. You will have the opportunity to drive insights and strategy on iconic cereal brands such as Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies, Froot Loops, as well as our other Family Favorite cereals. Consumers are at the heart of everything we create! With your strong understanding of consumer and shopper needs, you will be able to identify consumer conversion opportunities and assist with the development of marketing initiatives based on key drivers. Analytics Drive Actions – What’s the trend? You will use consumer insights to identify trendsand create a compelling case for prioritizing projects. You will driveorganizational adoption of actionable items by bringing our consumers tolife.
Top-notch Tools – You will partner with key vendors to continually refine and improveour consumer discovery solutions. You will also work with segmentation toolsto identify core consumer needs and develop a portfolio map to allocateroles within the category.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Ability to influence and collaborate with executive level leaders, both by formal and informal communications and presentations
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting agendas
Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field
Previous experience with multi-category brands
