In this role as Senior Analyst, Data Operations (Metrics & Reporting), you will be a part of the Global Data Management and Governance (GDMG) team, which works to ensure that all Kellogg data assets are credible and available with development of policy and processes, measuring compliance, and enforcing standards. Bring your owner’s mindset and play a critical role to support the efficiency of the operations team. You will be accountable to process validation and compliance reporting, and identify and reconcile data integrity issues with key stakeholders. This will include executing at-risk, compliance, order to cash reports, guidelines and guardrails. Providing updates to Period level metrics for SLT. Use your strong attention to detail to focus on data related to gross sales, off invoice accruals and audit, pricing data validation, contract validation, contract compliance reporting, ad hoc reports and system testing. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Program and Project Support:

  • You will make things happen in this role through building business relationships and communication. You will be accountable to execute reporting associated with a focus on data accuracy related to gross sales, off Invoice actual dollars and off invoice audit (invoice accuracy).

  • You will ensure customer requirements are met as you support the execution of relevant projects within assigned area.

  • Systems Consistency, Accuracy and Improvements:

  • You will be a significant contributor in supporting departmental efficiencies between SAP, BWP and Excel or Access utilizing BW Sales and BW TPM Tools, Keystone, Tableau and WinShuttle.

  • You will provide input into new systems functional design, testing and implementation for Trade Spend data and Key Pricing Data related to SAP/TPM/BWP improvement. This includes supporting any changes to these two processes in our Sales Systems.

  • You will use your expertise to various reporting – e.g. SAP, TPM and other processes and functional interdependencies. Bring your intellectual curiosity to recognize and escalate issues identified as risks or opportunities for business improvement.

  • You will be accountable to have knowledge of Business Warehouse Reporting related to SAP and TPM, Keystone and Tableau to accurately research data loads and data systems accuracy - along with updates to these technologies.

  • You will use your knowledge to effectively utilize SAP/TPM/BWP to identify detailed issues to the Information Technology Team for problem resolution for data systems accuracy.

  • Communication:

  • You will use your collaborative spirit as you work with many business contacts and partners across the organization – which will be important to your success. These relationships are critical as you will be adding key value towards our business goals by identifying, developing and communicating data integrity issues or risks for data for communication with each business area.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, along with significant related work experience

  • Extensive experience focused in business and systems related to EDI

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and detailed information to different audiences

Bonus Points :

  • Bachelor’s Degree with some related work experience

  • Experience in the data governance space

  • Demonstrated experience influencing key stakeholders

  • Systems knowledge in technologies such as SAP, Linux, and B2BI
