HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the Team – You will collaborate with the Production Supervisor daily, and fill in for when he or she is out. You will be assisting with planning and organizing the daily production schedule. You will cheer with enthusiasm a strong safety focus while looking out for the well-being of fellow co-workers.

  • Generating Reports – Generating required production and quality control reports/records along with other required paperwork to help increase efficiencies. You will be complying with end of shift paperwork, such as: LMR/LDR/STOP Card Observations/Gemba Walks/ GMP Audits.

  • PM’s / Machine Operating / Sanitation / Packaging / Humility – You will be packaging quality finished goods following all company safety rules and GMPs. You will also be operating, assembling, and disassembling packaging related equipment. Ensuring efficient and safe machine operation by conducting daily preventative maintenance, and cleaning your work space and equipment as production regulations require.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position

  • Operational understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and operate multiple manufacturing machinery

  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety processes and regulations

  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in leading and training teams

  • Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader
