HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Setting the Definition and Strategy for D2C: This role’s sole purpose is to define the winning capabilities and growth platforms required to activate these strategies across our global portfolio, leveraging positions in Retail, B2B and D2C.
Model and Market: You’re an expert in the D2C space. Shape how Kellogg’s market, and how we build a D2C transaction capability.
Consumer Engagement: You understand how to engage consumers and influence transactions in an owned capability through food aggregators like in the US. Own the relationship, strategy and capability and help markets grow.
Playbook and execution: This is a greenfield opportunity to help Kellogg’s write the D2C playbook. Owning the work in strategy, capability, vision, influence.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA/BS/BBA degree with extensive related experience.
Expert knowledge of Direct to Consumer eCommerce Platforms
Online / E-Commerce customer engagement, digital marketing/category management and/or general management experience;
Broader commercial experience also required.
Digital marketing competency, familiarity with key IT platforms expected
Advanced Degree (Masters).
Experience in concept generation, new business model design and/or the consumer startup market preferred.
Ideal candidates are familiar with agile, experienced in working with a variety of technical and agency partners, and have track record of negotiating commercial partnership terms.
