Kellogg Director, eCommerce Revenue Growth Management (eRGM) in CHICAGO DOWNTOWN, Illinois

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Build Price Pack Architecture Strategy: In this role, you’ll help build the price Pack architecture strategy and trade strategy for all the different formats for eRetail. Build Price Pack Architecture (PPA) and manage the economic health of the channel.
Revenue Growth Management: You have an RGM analytical mindset to apply to this eCommerce focused specialty. Use your retail consulting expertise in analytics in the digital and eCommerce focused space at Kellogg’s.
Working closely with the Commercial team: Set pricing goals and targets by collaborating with Marketing in the development and maintenance of PPA
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA/BS/BBA degree with extensive related experience.
Extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management and Price Pack Architecture
Experience in consumer research or supply chain either as a Consultant or in a Consumer Packaged Goods company
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial economics and flexibility to drive solutions that maximize revenue, cost and service delivery
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills
Advanced Degree (Masters)
Ability and eagerness to continue to learn how to commercially win in eCommerce – looking inside and outside the company
Experience working in a global environment that encompasses emerging and developed markets
Experience in occasion-based PPA
