HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Global Strategy Development: In this role, you’ll develop the Global Strategy and Framework for Omni-Shopper Marketing which address the current and future path to purchase of the shopper as well how to engage and market within the path to create transaction and brand affinity
Lead the Regions: You’ll build a shopper insights discipline and methodology and then lead within the Kellogg Company Global regions the application of Shopper Insights to drive shopper marketing programs and communications. Lead the capability building across regions and customer teams on The K Way of Omni Shopper Marketing
Design Tools & Measurement: Design tools and processes for foundational in store shopper marketing (the perfect shelf, POS design and communication, merchandising placements and promotions). Effectively create measurement tools and KPIs for teaching the regions how to track and assess effective shopper marketing
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA/BS/BBA degree with extensive related experience.
Extensive related experience in Shopper Marketing, Customer Management, Digital and eCommerce
Demonstrated ability to build strategy and apply strategy into practical tools
Depth in Shopper Marketing with a bent in digital/ecommerce
Global experience in collaboratively influencing for market impact
Leadership skills and demonstrated an ability to influence with senior levels in the organization.
Retail / CPG industry focused experience
Advanced Degree (Masters)
Experience working directly for a food company
