HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Collaboration and Partnerships: You’ll work with Sales Account managers, key agency partners and other marketing and eCommerce stakeholders to ensure content displayed is on-brand, while optimized for search and conversion. Liaise with internal team members regarding the day to day management of the content. Work with key retailer buying teams to ensure correct and timely set up of all new products. He/she will also notify brand team if gaps in digital assets are present. Work with IT to ensure all PIM and DAM systems are meeting our partners’ needs.
Drive eCommerce Sales Strategy: You’ll help drive our evolving strategy regarding SEO, Reviews, Images, A+ Content, etc. Ideation, accurate planning, scoping, project scheduling, resource management, tracking, status reporting, deadlines and assuming responsibility for the organization quality and day-to-day management of the work.
Digital Shelving Management: Responsible for overall digital shelving strategy and flow, covering content sourcing (from DAM), syndication and validation. Source digital content from DAM and relevant content from agency based on Keyword research – to cover product launches, packaging changes, and scheduled refreshes. Utilize Brand View Pro and other partners to monitor our Digital Shelf.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BA/BS/BBA degree with related experience in Digital Shelving eCommerce
Experience with product experience management / digital shelf analytics tools (Salsify preferred)
Experience with digital asset management tools (Brand View preferred)
Experience in collaboratively influencing for market impact
Leadership skills and demonstrated an ability to influence with senior levels in the organization.
Retail / CPG industry focused eCommerce experience
- Advanced Degree (Masters)
