Kellogg Senior Director, B2B eCommerce North America in CHICAGO DOWNTOWN, Illinois

Kellogg’s strategy is to build industry leadership in eCommerce by delivering superior experiences that earn us “first digital position” with Customers, Shoppers and in the hearts and minds of Consumers. Success is defined as delivering accretive growth; delivering advantaged online-to-offline share positions; growing penetration ahead of industry; and building brand equity, particularly salience.


  • Define & Drive B2B eCommerce Strategy: In this role, you’ll define & drive the eCommerce strategy for Kellogg’s North American Region. You’ll work across distributor and operator segments and own the P&L for this area. Support the Vice President of KNA eCommerce Sales in P&L Management, identify drivers of gaps and drive closure.

  • Drive Innovation Across B2B Sales Accounts: Own relationships with senior executives at national customer accounts from an e-commerce standpoint, evangelize e-commerce within and outside the company, work collaboratively with senior leadership of Kellogg’s Specialty Channels. Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives.

  • Directly Impact Growth: You’ll demonstrate strong commercial acumen and guide the KNA team to build a strong foundation including analytics, tech and marketing stacks. You’ll own and manage multiple strategic projects and work programs on both an on-going and an ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.



  • BA/BS/BBA degree with extensive related experience.

  • Extensive experience leading B2B eCommerce strategy

  • Experience in leading a regional eCommerce Sales P&L

  • Leadership skills and demonstrated an ability to influence with senior levels in the organization.

  • Retail / CPG industry focused experience
