HERE’S A TASTE OFWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
BRAND EXPERIENCE : In collaboration with culinary, sensory and marketing, you’ll be defining and delivering ideal brand experiences for our current key global/regional brands and new innovation platforms. Ensuring design thinking is embedded in our end-to-end innovation approach. Ensuring occasion-based pack price architecture developed with eye toward cross-channel deployment, consistent with G0-To-Market strategy
FOOD DESIGN LANGUAGE: In collaboration with culinary, sensory and marketing, you’ll be defining strategy and principles for food styling, design and photography across brands and media that elevate the position of Kellogg’s as a contemporary, fresh, wellness focused, food company
DESIGN TRENDS : You’ll be sharing the latest evolution of design trends in conjunction with food trends to increase a “real time” external focus and discover white space areas to play in and win
PARTNERSHIPS: You’ll be identifying and curating partnerships to support internal design needs as well as external connections to continuously evolve design thought leadership and best practice.
DESIGN & INNOVATION STUDIO : You’ll be establishing and maintaining in partnership with the R&D packaging lead a working space closely integrated with culinary and sensory to create ideal end-to-end consumer experiences that unlock the magic of our food and drive profitable growth
OPERATING FRAMEWORK – DESIGN Kellogg Work Systems(KWS) : You’ll be defining and deploying a robust and effective KWS/operating framework and maturity model to ensure strong design is delivered across the company. Identify regional design leads to drive KWS
YOUR RECIPE FORSUCCESS
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a similardiscipline
Significant years of industry experience
Software fluency in the latest graphics software:Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated evidence of ability to influence andcommunicate effectively across all levels within an organization
Experience working in and driving results in aglobal environment
Experience collaborating with technical talent
Knowledge of key technical dimensions of innovation
