Kellogg Manager Customer Activation in CHICAGO, Illinois

In this exciting role, you will focus on leading content creation for Kellogg One Voice initiatives and presentations. This will include supporting key events such as top-level customer interactions and industry presence, Ingredients for Growth (I4G), Top-to-Top (T2T) Customer Meetings and Industry Events/ conferences/ thought leadership panels. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • One Voice – In this exciting role, you will support and coordinate content and material for One Voice corporate branding across the full spectrum of Kellogg retail customers.

  • Commercial Interaction – Coordinating with category teams, promotions, shopper marketing, etc. together you will develop strategic platforms for implementation with our top customers. Aligning content and programs to our top customers, you will create scalable programming that establishes Kellogg as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Customer Support – You will drive consistency at top-level customer interactions and industry presence. This includes owning the coordination and tracking of execution for all quarterly one-voice meetings – I4G, JBP’s, T2T’s and Industry Conferences/Events including resourcing for events, executive support and collateral.

  • Event Execution – Owning materials and processes you will ensure key customer events are implemented with One Kellogg Voice and within key standards.

  • Internal Collaboration - Driving a strong partnership internally with the Account teams will be key to your success. Together you will align top customer priorities to top Kellogg USA joint value priorities. This will lead to the development of One Kellogg Voice presentation content and templates.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High SchoolDiploma / GED

  • Previous trackrecord of exceptional leadership and results in a sales organization

  • Strongorganizational, presentation and written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong backgroundin the areas of customer collaboration, marketing, sales strategy, andmultifunctional project work

  • Ability to workwith many people at varied levels of experience and authority

  • Deep understandingof the importance of customer experience and development of experientialpresentation in tandem with quality presentation content

  • Incumbent mustexemplify the Kellogg Values and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionallywith a variety of departments such as Sales, Marketing, Promotions,Revenue Growth Management, Category Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain andother Business Units

  • Must have theability to work in conditions that include multiple & oftenconflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific timeconstraints

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Significantexperience in a sales organization, including customer collaboration,industry events, and multifunctional project work experience inconsumer-packaged goods preferred. Customer Marketing or Industry JBP aplus

WHAT’S NEXT

It is highly preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in the Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL areas and will work daily from a local office locations. There may be flexibility for individuals located near other Kellogg office locations.

Travel up to 30% of the time but may vary depending on location of residency.
