As Senior Manager, Brand Design at Kellogg’s, you’ll be responsible for all design aspects of iconic brands like Pop Tarts, Special K and Frosted Flakes, stewarding creative that people see in their everyday lives.   • Brand Leadership – Partnering with the Design Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading design strategy for a key brand or category of brands. Leadership, influence and collaboration will be your key ingredients to success.

  • Leveraging your Design Capabilities – Are you excited/inspired by the idea of partnering with world class design firms to develop best in class design? We hope so, because in this role you will manage the relationship with top level design firms to create exceptional design and achieve a holistic brand expression across touch points.

  • Supporting Packaging Design Initiatives – In this role, you’ll lead packaging design initiatives for key brands across their current and innovation portfolio. You will partner with various disciplines like marketing, R&D, procurement, legal etc…to succeed together.



  • BS/BA in Graphic Design or a similar discipline

  • 5 years’ industry experience in brand and design strategy

  • Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)

  • A portfolio that includes examples of brand strategy, creative excellence, Design process and approach

  • Collaboration/interdependence skills through past examples with the ability to engage and influence across all partners

The role is based in Chicago, with frequent visits to the Battle Creek office.
