HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Business Analytics – Utilizing your resources will be imperative to your success as you provide strategic recommendations. You will access, analyze and interpret lead business indicators of shipments, share, consumption and promotional efficiencies / effectiveness.
Planning Process – You will play a key leadership role in the annual planning and management process. This position is responsible for preparing and providing Field Sales Updates (FSU) for the total eCommerce Business across all Business Units and Customer Teams. Your responsibilities will include adaptation of the national trade calendar, managing investment levels and insuring adherence to brand strategies and eCommerce best practices.
Leadership – Using your leadership skills you will provide strategic direction regarding all strategy, assembly, development and execution of the annual sales plans. You will identify opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume based on analysis of promotion, spending and volume (forecasts and actuals).
Data Champion – In this role you are responsible for the team’s data integrity. Acting as the team expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool you will train team members on use of the system and provide improvement recommendations.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma / GED
Significant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, or Sales Finance
Demonstrated very strong business acumen, collaboration skills, judgment expertise, organizational skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills, and be driven toward action
Advanced Excel knowledge
Ability to work in conditions that may include multiple priorities and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organization skills.
eCommerce Sales Experience
Experience working within Syndicated Data Sources
Trade Promotions Management (TPM) knowledge
The ideal candidate will reside in the Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL metro areas.
