HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Keeping Order – You‘ll be executing the MRO Purchasing, Inventory Management and Warranty and Repair processes. This will include stocking and controlling materials/parts/tools for use by the plant maintenance and engineering teams.
Process Improvement – Continuous improvement is engrained into our culture, so we know you’ll fit right in as you make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures.
Look at a New Angle – You will support Predictive Maintenance and participate in the development of programs to eliminate equipment breakdowns as you work with supervisors, technicians and engineers on the procurement of parts for shutdown and routine maintenance activities

Tools for Success – You will use your Total Inventory management experience to execute our MRO Inventory and Master Data Processes. You will also be forklift trained and obtain a forklift license.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience
Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software
Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
Have general knowledge of industrial maintenance parts and tools.
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Skilled with Microsoft Office programs
Strong technical aptitude
BS/BA and significant related experience
