As a Financial Analyst at Kellogg’s, you’ll be responsible for financial analyses to support Kellogg management decisions and develop winning strategies. HERE’SA TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Reporting andBudgeting – With an owner’s mindset, you’ll manage the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, expenses and report on financial results. You’ll also complete financial plans and reports for Kellogg and various departments, to provide visibility to prospective financial performance, and facilitate the delivery of financial results to expectations.
Analysis andInsights – You’ll support cost category and cost center owners by providing financial guidance and oversight on spending and returns on investments, historical trends and analysis. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for analytics – we want it to bring out the tiger in you!
SpecialProjects – As a valued part of the Specialty Channel team, you’ll take-on ad-hoc analysis, reporting and project work, to support business decisions as needed. We’re a company that can nourish your career as well as your appetite.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Finance, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related fieldand/or significant related work experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Attention to detail and strong analytical, decisionmaking, and communication skills
Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems
Pivots and large data manipulation ability a plus
Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning(ERP) and other financial planning systems is required
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Extended working hours and some limited travel may berequired.
