As a Senior Financial Analyst at Kellogg’s you will be responsible for the management and administration of all the aspects of the previously negotiated prices between Kellogg and our customers. Working out of our vibrant Elmhurst, IL Sales office, using your can-do, go-getter attitude, you’ll meet deadlines, and new people—engaging with multiple levels of personnel throughout our company to get the job done. HERE’SA TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Maintain Pricing Integrity – Using your keen eye for accuracy, you’ll maintain master pricing databasesto ensure all agreed upon terms and conditions with all of our customers arecorrect. With an owner’s mindset, you’llmanage internal and customer pricing files to ensure that the files between thetwo are in alignment. Does this level ofaccountability bring out the tiger in you?!
Collaboration – You’ll be the go-toresource with customer questions, and provide rectification on pricing,escalated from our Global Business Service Center Associate. You’ll also provide GBS support on pricingrelated deductions. Two scoops ofcommunication and collaboration will be your recipe to success!
Pricing Administration – As theowner of pricing administration for Kellogg Specialty Channels, you’ll ensureall contract renewals, updates, promos and additions are accurate in our VistexContract Management System. You’ll alsocomplete customer-specific pricing related forms and participate in customerpricing audits, data requirements and analysis within agreed upon customerdeadlines. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Attention to detail and strong analytical, decisionmaking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related fieldand/or significant related work experience.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Ability to work independently and build strongcross-functional partnerships
Experience in cost and price maintenance, foodservice distributionindustry is preferred.
Vistex experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP-specific financial planning systems.
Pivots and large data manipulation ability a plus.
Experience with ITrade, Tibersoft and/or CARMA systemsis a plus.

- Extended working hours and some limited travel may berequired.
