In your role as a Machine Operator you will be part of our success by:

  • Producing high quality finished goods

  • Ensuring efficient and safe machine operation

  • Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed

  • Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Hanging out with the cool kids in a collaborative team environment

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed - and a hunger for cookies - to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

REQUIRED:

  • 2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Operational understanding of manufacturing processes

  • Demonstrated ability to operate machinery

  • Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

  • Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts that include Saturdays and Sundays. Must be able to work overtime as required

BONUS POINTS:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Experience in a food manufacturing industry

  • Mechanical aptitude
