Reporting to the Global Business Services Order to Cash (OTC) Back Office Team Lead, you’ll maximize order effectiveness, be a product guru and work on special projects. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Responsible for timely processing of large volume of sales orders in an accurate and efficient manner
Creating a seamless and satisfying internal customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg Center OTC team
Monitoring daily incoming sales orders in SAP and identify, analyze, research, and resolve internal order issues
Processing customer sales orders by executing SAP order fulfillment transaction codes in the system
Analyzing and resolving order delivery blocks via Salesforce alerts and using ZOA scrub in SAP
Validating customer shipping conditions and researching and validating inbound product deliveries.
Combining loads to build full trucks and creating pre-appointments in Kellogg systems or customer portals
Working with transportation partners to monitor late loads
Partnering with customer account associate to monitor and execute promotions and events
Coordinating internal consignment order process for Kellogg and managing Kellogg sample order shipments for all of Kellogg North America
Working with customer account associate during periods of supply constraints to enter customer back orders to allow future orders to ship for product that is currently unavailable
Partnering with internal Kellogg teams to resolve order issues
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree with related experience
Proficiency with ERP financial modules
The ability to navigate the following SAP Modules: Master Data,Order to Cash, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management, Pricing, Reserve Systems, Contract Manufacturer
Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment
Expertise in Order-to-Cash function including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
Training, certification, or experience in Six Sigma or LEAN
