Kellogg HRIS Business Analyst in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan
Grow with us! In your role as HRIS Business Analyst you will use your owner’s mindset to provide tactical and strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg. You will use your expertise to manage projects and process improvements, including new product offerings and applying change management to facilitate heightened levels of quality. You will be accountable to ensure services are delivered according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). Bring your passion for excellence as you will recommend process and customer service improvements, innovative solutions, system enhancements and policy changes.

You will be involved with Strategic Planning of system enhancements and efficiencies.
You will use your hunger to learn as you will Explore, Deliver & Manage new product offerings.
You will use your passion for excellence as a User liaison for HR Systems – consult with the business to gather requirements and architect solutions.
You will will with customers as you lead in the Planning, Design and Delivery of discrete projects within the HRIS team
You will drive results as you Identify and Implement process improvements
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Significant demonstrated work experience with in HRIS, HR or IT
Significant experience using Success Factors, SAP, HR Workday or equivalent systems
Demonstrated system implementation experience
Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced MS Office Excel skills- Vbasic, macros, data slicers and advanced formulation
Demonstrated project management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Human Resources
Project Management Certification
Ability to write system business rules, add/modify workflows (strongly preferred)
Strong experience using Meta data framework, mass uploads and Business Configuration UI (strongly preferred)
