As a Human Resources Intern at Kellogg for Summer 2019, you’ll be given hands-on experience to help you obtain the skills you’ll need as you prepare for your future as an HR leader.   • Student must be currently enrolled at an accredited college/university

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.

  • Present to a committee of Human Resource leaders regarding key insights gained from experiences during the internship. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Potential to grow your career within the HR function as demonstrated through the K-Values and K Power to Grow leadership model.

Bonus Points:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through school activities or work experience

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to leverage strong intellectual curiosity to proactively seek out continuous improvement (CI) opportunities


This position will be based out of our newly designed Global Business Services Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

As part of the Kellogg Internship program, you will participate in a corporate onboarding orientation at our Kellogg World Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan (Cereal City, USA!). This event consists of executive exposure, previous intern panels, networking events, community activities and much more.

This paid internship requires a 12-week, full-time commitment starting May 2019. Relocation advising and sign-on bonus provided – and did we mention we have plenty of snacks? The summer concludes with a Final Showcase event and presentation to functional leaders.
